i tried fixing my diet practically have the same meal every day just switching out the meats to get different nutrients but i wouldn’t have any processed foods or non natural sugar i would also stay away from sweeteners and i would only drink water and milk but still i kept breaking out. it got slightly better but not much, for a while i gave up and ate whatever i wanted and became a lazy cunt but my skin was still clear i wasn’t getting any spots only blackheads but still it’s strange i don’t know how to fix it and where to start my skincare routine isn’t that advanced im just using a 3% bakuchiol astaxanthin in squalane for my moisturiser since beef tallow didn’t work at all and then before that i wash my face with water and i do this every night but in the morning i wash it with water occasionally i use cetaphil gentle cleanser but that doesn’t seem to be helping. sorry for the long response any help would be appreciated

Benzoyl peroxide 3% seems to be kind of slept on, it literally eradicated my hormonal acne for a while when I was around your age I think. If nothing else yields results, I'd say wait until 16-17 to do Accutane

Well dude like I fucking said, u can’t get rid of it, maybe js clear it a bit, but if ur fucking body that is currently undergoing puberty decides that ull have acne, well ull fucking have it, oh and cleanser won’t remove acne, try benzoyl peroxide

Benzoyl peroxide 3% seems to be kind of slept on, it literally eradicated my hormonal acne for a while when I was around your age I think. If nothing else yields results, I'd say wait until 16-17 to do Accutane

yeah thanks for that man ive seen one guy talking about that on another thread apparently its done good for him i will definitely try within the next few weeks when i can afford it and i will make a thread or dm you thanks for the help man. another guy also said to wait till 18ish so i reckon it this doesnt help which i have high hopes ill hop on accutane at 17 thanks for help once again
