Im thinking about buying a RF device to boost collagen and tighten my skin.

"Radiofrequency (RF) therapy, also called radiofrequency skin tightening, is a nonsurgical method of tightening your skin.

The procedure involves using energy waves to heat the deep layer of your skin known as your dermis. This heat stimulates the production of collagen.
RF therapy has been used since 2001 to fight against sagging skin and signs of aging. "

Here is a female that used a home RF device and is very satisfied with the result:

I am using a expensive 200 dollar RL device since 3 months and cant see any difference. Im also not really sure on the science based evidence for collagen improvement.

For Collagen production improvement not sure, but it's very prorective. Think of it like the opposite of sunlight
