I have small palate and mandible tooth arches. So i need to get both expanded.
Is the best way to get msdo and mse? I had consulting with a surgeon, and he told me nobody does msdo or mse. Instead he would advise me to get sarpe and a special mandibular front distractor.
Is it even worth to expand the teeth, or should someone go straight for bimax? I am already oldcel 27yrs, and dont have 5 years time to ascend. I need a asap solution.
