Anyone who knows about Asymmetry?

Basically just asking if there's anyone who knows about asymmetry on this forum. I just turned 18 and have a deviated septum, about to get marpe for 3 years and want to know if anyone knows how to help???

I can pm you pictures of my nose to show you the issue if that's possible, just want someone who knows about this stuff to tell me what I can do, thanks
