anyone knows how to reduce small acne?

does anybody now what is the best way to reduce acne not severe, just that the last days i have gotten a lot of pimples in the front of my face and a lot of small ones something like that image usually my hair covers it but it affects my overall skin quality

any tips?

i used to have this problem but i started using toner daily with a very light exfoliant and a chemical exfoliant containing bha every other day and it worked for me
