i.e. not RealSurgeryMax, Pagnoni, Yaremchuk, Eppley, Ramieri

There must be many. I just randomly found a woman doing custom titanium forehead/supra/glabella implant while I was searching for rhinoplasty surgeon on reddit:

How the fuck is the plastic surgery industry still in the fucking dark ages? It's because the idiot masses are all spending their money getting their perfect nose, so they can get .1/10 looks increase, so plastic surgeons have no impetus to actually learn how to make a person attractive. Yeah, le enlightened reddit, but it always is the idiot masses ruining everything.

How has no surgeon teamed up with a designer/artist or whatever and started cranking out top tier implants and raking in ass loads of money? It has to be the easiest surgery to do.

Most surgeons are stubborn and won’t take risks.

I don't see how custom implants are more of a risk than the shitty generic implants thousands of surgeons use.

idk, but maybe because most normies just get fillers and in terms of raking in $, fillers mog and are more predictable short term even though they tend to migrate and look like shit long term

Fucking normies. This is why gatekeeping and snobbery are good things.

if you can afford fillers long term, you can afford to dissolve them whenever they migrate…

There's a surgeon in South Carolina (USA) named Jonathan Kulbersh who did custom facial implants. He had very few pictures, but they looked pretty good. Going to his website now, it looks like he doesn't even advertise custom implants as a service, and only mentions chin implants (presumably non-custom). Perhaps offering that niche service wasn't worth it. There is also a surgeon named Dr. Dhir in California, who (from what I have read) is substantially more expensive than Yaremchuk and Eppley, with much less surgical experience. The pictures he's posted are decent, but not impressive.

I'm almost sure that all of the US surgeons get their custom implants fabricated by ImplanTech, which also produces a large portion (perhaps the majority) of the non-custom implants (mostly chin implants) in the US. It's a monopoly, and it's easier to just make chin implants than carefully fabricate 3D shapes based on personal CT scans. Maybe ImplanTech is a hard company to work with on that level, or that they take too big of a share of the profits, leaving less for the surgeon/medical staff. You never know.

No, should I be?
According to this forum he is the preeminent custom implant designer in the world, which isn't hard to believe, considering all other custom implant designers are surgeons not sculptors or draftsman or whoever would actually be qualified to design implants. But he's been difficult to reach as of late.

In some cases I will come to your surgeon and provide support in the operating room.
What manufacturing company do you work with?

you're so naive, but I don't expect anything from a 39-year-old who wants all surgeries by the book at his age
