Ive had a tongue tie for most of my life until like a year ago where I got it cut off. It was pretty late though as im 17. I also bit my lip alot and had horrible posture as a lil jit.

yea in terms of height many people stop growing at that age but some can keep growing but your face doesn’t change until your like mid 20s I’d say so androgens is your best bet and erda or tyra300 (Tyra is more expensive) and also osteoporosis medication for bone growth
