Fermented food seems to have good health benefits, problem is a bottle of kefir here is $6 for 700 ml, I've ordered Kefir grains for $15 that supposedly has more strains than store bought kefir that should give me an infinite supply of Kefir as long as I have milk.
Anyone make this at home? Do you add anything for the taste and whats it like?
