Doesnt help to always be thinking about looksmaxing. If you stay occupied with anything, even on the internet, you wont think about opening up goatsinthroats.com and busting a load to your favorite pornos.

Do something which requires your focus, otherwise you will always drift back to just sitting around and thinking about porn. But most people cant do that and with the modern amount of time people spend on the internet it doesnt look good for anyone trying to not watch porn
