Whenever neurotypical left-wing men say that we shouldn't have sympathy for the male loneliness problem because these are "right-wing misogynistic incels," they're just making fun of or disparaging neurodivergent men who's underperformance (academics, job prospects, etc.) and "right-wing" viewpoints are a result of their difference in brain wiring and societal mistreatment.
