Anyone on accutane?

So my acne is worsening day by day tried tret, antibiotics and isotret topical gel (total 4 months now).
Dermo suggests oral isotreinoin, Any sides you noticed?
Also I'm newly 18

im still using retin a

i got better results with using retin-a for 2 weeks than i did using accutane for 3 months

I used accutane and loved what it did to my skin but I’m afraid I’m experiencing MPB now from it. Maybe I’m tripping. I don’t know.
