I started recently with no bloodwork before hand and after about 7 weeks I started feeling slight chest pains and it was nothing too crazy but it was enough to scare me into ordering those rythm health at home blood tests lol. I’m also completely terrified of developing gyno and ruining my physique so I decided to stop being a retard and just do it.
