Anyone on here ever learn how to use their non dominant hand?

I want to be able to use my left hand to write and tennis, has anyone on this forum done this and any tips?

I have learned to masturbate using my left hand and I could write quite well with my left hand last year until I stopped practicing it. Buy a notebook and write the alphabet. Then write short sentences until you are able to write texts. If you want to accelerate the process, try to make use of your left hand in whatever you are doing. Hold the spoon in your left hand during meals. Open the doors of your house with your left hand. Your brain will slowly become adapted to your left hand and you will be able to write with it more easily.
