ye ye made me giga low libido but thats a plus for some

honestlly since ur not in public at all times when ur in public some easy access opiate like codeine at low recreational doses or if u have he abilty pregab and other gabaergic depressants would prob work

therapy will help u with mindset and tips but nothing drastic
a therapist would literally redirect u to a psychiatrist for pills if ur anxiety is bad
