i met the subscriber goal but i have 100k+ views in the pass 90 days and i need 3mil (for yt shorts not actual vids) any tips or tricks you did to make the process sooner? and what should i be aware of so my monetization doesn’t get rejected or something and what’s the best times to post?

I have 2 fully monetized youtube shorts channels from 2024. You shouldn't stress about getting your monetization declined unless your content is not transformative. Anyway, what's your niche for having such a high conversion?
I know a method to get monetized without 10m+ views.

basically it’s just meme comps with background gameplay but the reason i get so much interaction+views is because mid way through the video i put something along the lines like “close your eyes and spell ___” etc. how many times a day should i post to hit that 3mil??

Just post more. Don't listen to jesters who say to specifically post "X" times per day. The optimal amount to post is as many times as possible while retaining the same quality. If your content is good one of your videos will eventually blow up and you will get monetized. If you're stuck in 30k view jail on most of your videos then i recommend doing vertical stream automation to get 4k watch hours. It's a niche way to get monetized and helps to get monetized asap. The sooner you get monetized the less ad revenue you miss out on, since you miss out on 1.5k - 2.5k in ad revenue before getting monetized with views.
