You need an apartment for the original heists or a base for the newer ones if I remember right

I have my own apartment but every time I try and start a mission or something it just says I need people to join and no one ever joins

Yeah you need some random people to join or have 3 friends you can do it with.

Very rarely can you complete it with random players. They leave or fuck up mid heist.

Also if you find 3 reliable friends you can do the challenges. If you don’t die for all the heists, you get like 12 million in the game
