It has to look genuine, at least for one of the people being filmed, the other person can be aware of the video. So about 3% of porn. Funny thing is everything the "director" does to make a porn video look better almost always makes it look more fake, good lighting, zooming or moving the camera. Sometimes staged lesbian porn is good if it legit looks like the girls are actually turned on by it.

These type of hidden camera videos used to be easier to find, but I think porn sites are culling them because of concerns about getting sued by people filmed without their consent.
