Not everyone are smart enough to go to college, sure if you're some 100 IQ average guy MAYBE you could grind it out, but you would have to put insane amounts of effort into it and burn yourself out, and then when you enter the white collar workforce you will be in the bottom half in terms of performance and the first one to be fired in difficult times.
