I recently saw this guy come up on my for you page on instagram reels. He seems to be targeting incels and trying to take advantage of them to make looksmaxing mainstream. He is specifically doing this so he can sell some courses online, based on his free content I can assume that his courses are 100% BS cope. He appears to be very misleading in talking about how carrots and microfractures can instigate 2 inches of height / year after plates are closed, and he is saying that lean foods like steak and eggs arent good for height and to eat collagen foods, neglecting the fact that protein is essential for height. Has anyone else seen this guy or bought his courses?

I watched his youtube video about height and he said that foods like steak and eggs had certain amino acids which were BAD for height. Sounds totally ridiculous, not believing a thing he says.
