I lost weight and went from KHHV 23yo to 25yo with n-count of 7 now.

Tbh it's over. You can change your looks, but you can't change the incel personality resulting of a failed childhood. Forever low self-esteem, feelings of unaccomplishment, BDD, etc.

I've had 7 different therapists and 2 diff meds. Didn't do shit.

Best therapy was having a girlfriend but it's impossible to get with abused dog personality.

yeah, but from 20 years old virgin to 22 years with n-count of 15

the biggest improvement is in my mental state, eventhough I look better aswell, but it was just aging and leanmaxing
