2. breathe through the "belly" and not through the lungs (you notice when your belly expands forward and not your shoulders upward)
3. speak from the diaphragm and not from the larynx (stretch vocal cords, just google, there are many exercises)

Vinegar is retarded If you’re drinking it, it’s not going down your larynx or anywhere near your vocal cords. Even if it did, it wouldn’t make them longer.

I got surgery. It was worth it I think but only been a month.

Every technique here like sound confident, talk with a breathy voice etc is all cope and doesn not work. Your essentially frauding a frauding attempt for food voice.

Literally just hormonemaxx. Optimise testosterone and if your under 21 you can still change your voice. This combined with smokemaxxing with definitely help.

Jk lol, the only thing that works to deepen your voice is swallowing cow semen through the throat.
