Yes, suddenly. Since my 15s i always measured my penis so i am not mistaken, at 18 years it suddenly shortened and thickened idk why, for me it was good asf, because it almost doubled in thickness, something like 1.5x~1.6x of what it was before. Maybe it'll happen with you too.

do them a total of hour every day for at least 7-8 months to see significant gains.

2 sessions of stretching makes my flaccid length much more impressive but you need to do it regularly or you lose the “gains”. Kegels and angion greatly improved erection strength and angion helps with flaccid girth but again you need to do it regularly. Not sure about size when erect since it seems more long term (I only did this for a month).

I started pe like 2 weeks ago, i gained 0.2 (bone pressed) but that's probably because my EQ got A LOT better with exercise, but i think that In the long run it works tbh. The bad part is that for the first months you can only do a session of max 30mins, that’s why with dedication for an inch you'll have to wait 6-10 months.
