Anyone think about how in the past it was normal to be an incel?

This might be cope but I’ve been thinking about it.

Back in the past (medieval era, ancient China, etc) if your son was an incel chud you’d just send him to the monastery or whatever to become a monk or priest. That way he gets taken care of by them, and you’re supposed to be celibate so it’s not even a problem that he’s ugly or autistic.

Nowadays its pretty much expected that everyone gets a gf eventually so if your son is unemployed and useless you kind of just have to accept that, but i feel like society might be healthier if it was like back then.
