What’s the most amount of added height u guys can comfortably wear? I just got 1.4 inch ones so thats gonna make me 6ft almost

But like the other guy said, they don't add as much height as advertised. That's cuz the soles compress a little when you actually wear them in your shoes.

I've worn inserts for 2 years now and my height is forever hidden. When looking to fraud height u need to look at what shoes have best potensial for inserts now which shoes give u msot height to begin with, basically the very back part of the shoes, the part that stops your foot from coming out, needs to be as high up as possible, to hit as much inserts as possible, and with that you can fraud 3 inches and no one suspects a thing

if your doing 2 inches its comfortable just u got to get used to walking cuz ur gunna trip if youve never worn inserts before, 3 inches is completely comfortable to me tho. mark as solution if it helped

Thanks though and yeah nah I’m gonna do 2 inches in Jordan 4s I think that’s fair since they’re mid-high top and then in regular shoes I’ll just do 1.2 inch that’s still 6ft in the J’s and 5’11.5 in any other shoe
