anyone tried prp/prf injections for tear trough/undereyes or nasolabial folds

Seems to help more the younger the person is (from what I'm seeing in the images) probably because they have a greater collagen response

anecdotally it seems like a hit or miss but you're going to need 3 sessions before seeing long lasting results. I think for the money it's fairly decent especially since it doesn't carry the same bad sides as normal filler like migrating but you may not get the volume you are hoping for unless you do prf ez gel which does have similar bad sides

Gfc is probably better short term while prp/prf seems better long term

update: tried it diy. didn't quite inject prf, but idfk what i injected tbh. i overcentrifuged the blood bc i was misled by some guy on youtube and just injected whatever yellow liquid was on top. had like 2-3 ml worth.

tbh it looks a bit better on the side that i accidentally injected more on. i also missed the parts of my tear trough closest to my nose/medial canthus (so i can actually see the difference in volume along the tear trough line), but the parts that i actually got definitely look better. it's been like 10 days.

ima do another round in 2 weeks (then 2 more times afterwards spaced 4 weeks apart) and hopefully not fuck up this time. im definitely expecting better results since i actually know how to make good prf this time and wont be injecting whatever shit i was injecting last time (prob "prf" just hella diluted)

it also fucking migrated (fortunately it stayed within my hollow undereye region) so if anyone has advice for next time pls lmk
