anyone tried red light therapy?

good for smoothening out skin (minor ice picks, boxcars, and pits in general)? and good for redness? i bought some high end face device already and i plan to return that shit after 2 months since the return window closes at the end of jan, so can i see results that quick? this is like the only collagenmaxx i haven't done and the only one i can add since i cant use topicals on accutane bc my skin is already too dry
