I want to do something good for my gut, unfortunately I noticed that my Raw milk quality is not good enough for kefir and is not good for me either (tried it and got stomach/liver/gut issues), so I discontinued that. I can't find a good milk anywhere in a 1h car radius, so I am forced to try supplements.
