I don’t feel like going to a dermatologist to get prescribed accutane, I’ve been looking at Indiamart like some people recommended here and I see accufine as a common isotret brand I’m gonna do low dose for small amounts of acne like 5-10mg, anyone try it? I think all the suppliers just send the same accufine

Yes its a miracle drug for skin, accufine, roaccutane, sandoz, who gives a fuck, they are all the same, they all have isotretinoin in it.
And fuck 5-10mg, start with 20mg and after a few months go on to 40mg. I can throw some weed into a bag and give it dozens of different names, it's still weed.

I would do higher dose but I need to drink to lower inhib and I hate pregab, baclofen my acne’s also not that bad

Well not to advise you to drink, but I drink on some weekends and I'm on 40mg a day, haven't noticed anything bad tbh. Some dude in reddit talked how he was on like 80mg/day and binge drinking, his blood work was okay and he also didn't get any side effects.

Pregab is nice, but I need like 1000+mg to feel the effects

you dont think itss less pure, theres got to be a reason its so much cheaper, do you have expeerience with a geneereic one like accufine and took certain mg and it worked like that mg should. eevven i it is less pure i would say its still more cost effecieent and easier to get considering its 1/3-6 the price of name brand

They’re all the same, if the main compound is Isotretinoin.

im doing 20mg a day right now, im only 4 days in so i basically have any results yet, but the capsule is red!!! so it must do something

Yep, I had it prescribed at 18, before that I tried every single topical solution in existence, some worked, others not so much and as time went on my acne became resistant to topical treatment, so I bit the bullet and went on accutane.


Some things you should expect. It doesn't work fast, in fact, it's very common to have a period of worsening a couple of months in or more, where all the acne below the skin comes up. This happened to me and it was honestly fucking depressing. But after like 6 months, most of my acne was gone and I only get an occasional pimple here or there now.

It will permanently dry skin and especially lips, so lip balm and vaseline will be your new normal after... There are also some serious side effects which you should consider, but as far as I hear, they are quite rare

I've tried Accufine and Roaccutane and they seem to be the same. Maybe Accufine is underdosed idk if you say so lol, I haven't noticed anything though.

it may depend on factors like how its stored and maybe some are out of date idk. I will vouch soon
