Anyone used Trifarotene?

Trifarotene is more selective than tazarotene but I would just buy the latter if I could not easily find the former.

Yeah, Tazarotene is easier to get, but I really don't want to go through the longer purge phase. It's also far harsher and irritating. If anything, I'll probably just get something milder like adapalene.
