if anyone has experience i was gunna use a high dose of 20mg to stop my sleep disturbances but is that too overkill or are doctors just pussys

drop EQ

use Lembrorexant instead with trazodone and high dose Melatonin

zoplicone stops working after a while or you jus get use to it eventually
