Anyone wanna give me specific surgeries and stuff for a morph and tell me how realistically achievable it is?

Think I've made a fairly realistic morph of my own face but I'm not sure about a few details of it (some need sort-of alternatives). Anyone willing to look in DMs and give advice and shit on it?​
