This isn’t really like a ascension it was just puberty but I had a girl I asked out reject me and then 2 years later after I lost a bunch of fat got taller and grew my hair out add me on snap and start thirsting over me pretty much we dated for a little bit before she broke up with me yes she added me on snap spent hours messaging me and broke up with me foids r so retarded

Ascending actually takes effort and a lot of people here are neets who eat shitty diets dont workout or play sports which makes them look bad but I mean literally look at Clav, or Androgenic, or Hexumlite

I have to an extent, grew up like avg height skinnyfat LLTN cutecel now I’m like LMTN-MMTN and tall and fairly gymmaxxed

The main thing isn’t even women, I used to be a cutecel victim but now that i’ve gained dimo and that i’m taller and bigger than most men, they respect me a lot more and i never really get talked down to or shit talked to my face and it feels like i have much more control over interactions

Obviously a major change in smv too, was a KHHV until like 18 now I slay pretty often. Its LTB-MTBs but still an improvement
Also looking better and gaining presence helped my confidence a lot but im still un-abused dogging myself

After first ascension I never had to approach a girl once lol they always either eyed me down, texted first or came up to me, people on the street were more polite and now I can have conversations with strangers and others without seeming weird, women generally show more compassion and don't take you as a sucker anymore because you look like you can pull, and men treat you as more capable and with more respect

i can tell you though its a lot better. one experience that's stuck w me was from back in late '24 i met this random girl (my yr) at a communal place at uni and we were chatting (just us 2 in the room) and she kept saying she has no friends and such and how she has no one to go to lunch with and i said "oh i'll go to lunch with you" and she just laughed and then she was like "do you have ig" i said "i dont have ig" and it just went quiet . also have had negative comments on my looks that entire school yr bc of multiple major failos i had.

anyway, i've ascended and framemaxxed a lot, i've been randomly chatted up by foids my age just to get called gl, i have a fwb situation rn, and people are just nicer to me overall and smiley. it's still not easy mode bc im still mtn (tho 6' halo at a short uni) and im not sure if my fwb is even into me or just wants the touch/comfort of a man (im good enough but shes just not that into me tho she let me take her V as soon as i asked so idk), but its fucking something compared to my experiences last year and even like summer/early fall '25 before i started taking this seriously and utilizing more pharma.

i'm much happier now. even my parents wont lay off my back now about how i shouldnt be bringing girls to my dorm even tho i constantly deny it and never talk to them abt dating or girls (yet they say looks/height dont matter and that women are looking for someone successful with a good job to settle down with who is nice which is less superficial than looks according to them ). unfortunately though i cant bare to look at my reflection in 95% of lightings and am more insecure about my appearance than i was then so thats the one trade off.
