Anyone who got crazy amount of pimples from minox and fin?

Both of them recovered and gave birth to new hair, but my skin looks atrocious. I don't want to stop using it. So, now how to clear my pimples without stopping fin and min

minox gave some spots on face when i used it to grow more dense facial hair, but it went away of its own accord tbh
