If you had a cosmetic surgery like rhino, implants or filler. (Im not really talking about leforts and others because some people actualy need it) Whats it like, rlly wondering. If you get called handsome do you rlly accept it as a compliment or ur like damn im a genetic failure and needed this. Yes I understand this is a very newgen greycel thing to aysk, and no do not take offense Im really just wondering. Also this is gonna sound really fucked but if somone who did have to almost the extent of a deformity do yall want kids. obv habits take a role but are you gonna stop yoursaelf to save them? rlly dum question but meaning to ask...

just lip lift, i still have to get my mouth corners done, and a lot more. chin filler is one of them
but yeah, i see a lot of people talk about how their lives will change after that one surgery but it wont, you will need multiple and you have to consider the possibility of revisions etc

Depends on the surgery though some jaw surgery is genuinely life changing. Have seen niggas go from sub5 to htn+, mostly cases with sfs

yeah i mean ideally you just have one huge flaw that you fix like with bimax but a lot of people have many random flaws that will require multiple procedures sadly, and im not even mentioning extreme unfixable flaws. even with multiple surgeries you need a decent enough base

if your mouth is already horizontally narrow you should combine it with corner lift/ commissuroplasty. most people who get subnasal lift will need corner lift as well
theres nothing that can be done about the scar, it is what it is, its barely noticeable but it will always be there
