The truth is we don’t truly know what is and what is not possible when it comes to changing our faces through natural methods. This stuff is very new, with little to no pro research. Just try it like the other user saidAnd I speak of actual mm movement of the maxilla.
Already trying and doing it. I am just curious if someone else had results.bro just try it's 10 minutes per day u have nothing to lose
don't ask try
look at me i stopped asking "do this work" and tried vollufiline eyelashes serum and all that otheer bullshit with mouth guard and i look way better
you want to see some results some dude allegedly achieved in 10 months? at age 21?Already trying and doing it. I ask if someone else had results.
Forward growth or palate width?@Aeonxdro is 25 and gained a cm

Saw him. They say to do the thumblulling softly, I do hard thumbpulling though. Not sure if soft will do the trick. I have been mewing for 9 years, I had results but now I might have to do something more drastic.
Where and how have you pressed? Sideways or forward? In the ANS (front - hard palate) or PNS (back - soft palate)? Its real my smile went from 6 to 8 teeth when i did for a month
Nothing to lose to try this before doing lefort 1. Then again I can still get a facepuller installed for my underbite problem.I thought that was a meme like bonesmashing to see how far autistic pslers go to improve.
Yeah. I try to do 5 minutes of thumbpulling every hour. So it should net in 1 hour per day.I started hardmewing years ago (at about 20) and have made a lot of progress with it, used to be a mouth breather. I see the "success" mainly under the eyes and cheekbones, + I used to have slightly protruding teeth, they are now straight, as it should be. For me, my hardmewing position is now my resting position. However, I used to do hardmewing for several hours, sometimes almost all day, always checking with the mirror if my teeth are completely symmetrical and straight (this is extremely important to avoid asymmetries).
The problem with thumb pulling, you do create more pressure, but you will never do it for a longer period of time, only 10-30 minutes a day. The rest of the day you'll probably be mewing normally. There can be no progress with this, at least in my opinion. This is because your tongue is not trained enough to exert the necessary pressure, as is done with thumb pulling. Hard mewing throughout the day exerts continuous pressure and therefore works in principle like a fixed brace. However, the combination of the two could theoretically speed up the process.
All anecdotal though, there are not enough studies on this, nor is the quality of the existing sufficient.
When you hardmew, do you feel severe pain in your cheekbones too? I have to put 100% effort with my tongue for about 5 minutes to start feeling the pressure on my cheekbones. I’m 26 and my sutures are still split and open according to my 3D CBCT scans.I started hardmewing years ago (at about 20) and have made a lot of progress with it, used to be a mouth breather. So no medical advice. But at that time I had partly strong pain because of the pressure, but it was not really at the cheekbones. I rather felt the pain like this: Beginning at the place where especially my back part of the tongue has put pressure, the pressure has gone upwards. And then I felt the pain just above the pressure point. This place was also always very dry and felt like having a sore throat. Hope could describe it vividly. When you hardmew, do you feel severe pain in your cheekbones too? This is already much better, as you thereby apply the pressure again and again, but the gaps are also important, there you also have to mew with some pressure, so that there is a constant pressure effect.Yeah. I try to do 5 minutes of thumbpulling every hour. So it should net in 1 hour per day.
Will definitely mix those. I manage to get the pain on my cheekbones, forehead, etc.So no medical advice. Also last question: Do you need teeth contact when hard mewing? Teeth want to separate naturally, when hard mewing, do I force them back together? Also have your throat / neck muscles have gone sore too from hard mewing? Does it get better with time?So no medical advice. Yes, so I have a very pronounced jaw and a lot of forward growth, my only problem was my maxilla and that made my teeth protrude forward. That's exactly what corrected itself after less than a year.Have you managed any forward movement, how much mm approx. of the upper maxilla?
I am not familiar with the terms, but I googled ccw rotation. I did not have ccw rotation, my mandible was always in ideal position, only my maxilla was recessed. What about CCW rotation? I think one needs to press hard on the ANS to cause CCW rotation. Any shortening of the face?
I don't know. But I have had most of the time, light to medium teeth contact, so you can also better judge whether you keep your mouth completely symmetrical, the slightest deviation from this, can cause asymmetries, in my opinion. I also opened my mouth slightly from time to time and then continued to apply pressure with my tongue to strengthen my tongue muscles.Do you need teeth contact when hard mewing?
Used to be throughout, less on neck, more on throat, like sore throat. Honestly, I liked the feeling jfl. Now I do not get it, because I only normal mew, since I reached my target state. Would I hard mew I would get it again. Also have your throat / neck muscles have gone sore too from hard mewing? Does it get better with time?
