I want to leave my cursed life in this city behind once I graduate ... My parents.

For the last 5 have been hyper-aggressive and controlling since COVID

My grades, my "intelligence" in their eyes, everything, nothing is ever enough for them; my Mom even talks down upon me in front of her friends.

Angry words are passive thoughts ... this is proven by (at least in my mom's case) ... she hasn't bought me anything since December 2023, in which she bought me a 50$ gift card for my 15th birthday (the gift is fine) ... when I failed to pay my mom back 5$ for buying me food (a wendy's biggie bag) she started insulting me and screaming at me like "you're such a fucking liar no girl could ever love you, why did I raise such a conieving thief as a fucking soon you immoral piece of shit"

My dad recently DID help me buy a little project car and let me drive it around, which has helped my relationship with him a bit more, as beforehand we were constantly fighting each other physically and whatnot, he seemed to have recognized that he was near destroying his relationship with his son, and has made some small changes to be less harsh on me, nowadays, which I can respect. BUT, the car is in his name.

My mom, on the other hand, I doubt there's any way she can remedy that relationship.

// Hours of random cleaning at least once or twice a week for no reason at all, I'm forced to scrub baseboards or a whole bunch of other stupid pointless tasks that don't need to be done ... It's just an excuse for them to take out their anger upon me, during these sessions ... nothing but insults and stuff being thrown at me.

My relationship with my mom is over, to be honest. We don't speak to each other for days at a time, and when we do ... She just berates me, as in today, within five minutes, this conversation happened.

I ghosted my dad bc he kicked me out of the house when he was drunk and when the effect stopped he started looking for me telling me to come back but I was at my grand-parents and I told him im never coming back I could forgive him but it's for the 300times that he does something like that, not kicking me out tho that was the cherry on top
