My frame exploded during 5 month period since I’m on trt I didn’t even put that much muscle about 6 pounds I’m talking about pure bone mass and clavicle and ribcage
It’s insane
My frame turned from a young man to masculine pussy slayer frame that commands respect
And I’m 18 Yet imagine if I exercise
even my grandma tells me about that and others about my widh

Tl/tr frame always grows till 25 or smth just give it hormones good nutrition K2 /High vitamin d levels calcium
