It should be called natural selection instead of evolution because when you say evolution most people think of Lamarck ideas. It's survival of the fittest, the best genes prevail. Not because giraffes are trying to get food from the trees their neck will grow. Same as people who think eating hard foods will fix recession. It's the giraffes who were born taller, it's the Chad who procreates. If you do it right, your offspring will probably have better genes. Chinese people for example, gone from 5'6 to 5'9 in less than a 100 years.

Truth doesn't exist. Only situations happening that will change over time. The present is the truth. We live in an animated world, "truth wouldn't change only if we are Gods". Whatever is true now can be false later but first reality will have to reject our human opinion. Science changes, no such thing as an ultimate truth.
