20-25, by that age your bone growth will have stabilized which in return will prevent any problems from not having complete skeletal development. Obviously, you can get it before and after that age range too that's just the starting age I'd recommend for a bimax.

21 - 22 is the ideal age, trying to softmaxx as much as someone can and then if it's truly necessary

depends because some surgeries are extremely invasive, imagine a chance of botching your life so early .. that'd suck

18,yeah the mandible does grow even after 18 but thats not gonna be a huge change where as for the maxilla it stops growing around that age or earlier

It depends on which one is worse,but the bimax would also help with your nose since it fixes the maxilla but dont expect it to do a better nose job than rhino
