Could it be worth taking trt to come from 500 to 1000-1300ng/dl?
Another benefit would also be the stable t levels, no matter if you sleep bad or have some stress.
How could this T increase accelerate hairloss? I am on finasteride, but i guess dht would be double the amount that i have now. Also E2 could get into dangerous gyno territory?

Yes, it would make a big difference. There is hair loss risk. Look at your parents to assess risk. You can always go off if you notice hair loss tho. E2 can be easily managed. Just have an AI on hand at all times.

I already had stronger hairloss. But now its managed with fin. I have the fear that the hairloss could come back, because of the elevated dht. Maybe i need to try dut instead.

You could probably just increase Fin dose? No expert on 5ar-inhibitors tho, I like my DHT and allopregnanolone
