Male brain theory/ by Simon baron, you can look up what it means.
Also if you want the feelings.
I feel more energetic, and I think faster by themes I like [ psychology, anthropology, raceology, race-biology, biology and so on ]. So it’s not bad.

Autism ? It’s man made, asperger denied it’s existence, a girl only made it up in 1970, also when she did meet Asperger himself in Austria.
The Asperger syndrome has no spectrums, it’s only a manual one sybdrom

Yes but I have the type 2 bipolar which is much calmer than the typical bipolar disorder which he probably has.

How I deal with it is to acknowledge whatever phase I'm in and process it logically instead of giving into it. In depressive I force myself to be more social and maybe abuse some caffeine for the dopamine and energy to balance,

In manic, I have to be aware to keep myself from acting retarded around people. Lots of awareness and reconstructing behavior is required to manage this.

Only advice I have is to never take any form of meds or SSRIs, those can ruin your life and make the effects worse. When I was on SSRIs last year they sent me into a rage/mini psychosis that lasted months after I got off the meds.

It was so bad I went to jail. The doctors are evil and cannot be trusted. All they care about is a paycheck and they get paid hella whenever they prescribe some meds to someone

What is that? Even in short
To put it simply shadow work is working on yourself through deep mental introspection and meditation. It sounds fake and gay but it's very much true. This and other occult practices have helped cure/help my anxiety, depression, and bipolar issues. It takes lots of experience with this and I've been an occultist for 6 years so I know what I'm doing for the most part. For a beginner start with getting knowledgeable on meditation and shadow work through research
