Anyone with lr3 experience?

So much contradicting information i've seen and read about, some people say lr3 can be a nice addition to ur stack, some say it's completely useless for anything at all. The only solution for me is to add it to my next stack which im going to do. My question is also is there anyone with lr3 experience who can tell me how it was and what changes you saw? Planning on running 50-100mcg post workout daily.
