i want to start there with 2 of my friends. they pay like 20$ an hour. i tried to work white collar job but i sincerely hated it, too many fake people and just boring atmosphere.

Unfortunately, I thought you meant working in construction, like building houses. Well, since I wrote this crap, might as well post it.
I tried one summer, but I stopped in autumn because I can't deal with cold. It's horrifically hard, but the pay is bigger than all of other unqualified labor that I did.
Socially, I enjoyed walking with migrants because there were cultured, but poor people around them and they didn't drink/smoke due to being Muslims. Working with Russians is annoying because it's 95% dregs of society. All smoke, they're often alcoholic, I got tired of snitching on them to get them kicked out.
People who pay more to have local workers instead of migrants expecting better labor are absolutely delusional.
The guys from Belarus were all comically low IQ and spoke some ogrish dialect of Russian with poor vocabulary.
I wouldn't recommend it unless you're at least somewhat qualified, like you know how to cut bricks or something.
