starting last month my dad said I owe them 800 a month for rent I thought he was just being a dick like always but he said I still owe him for last motnh and this month so 1,600 grand or he will start the eviction process

I think if they give me 3 weeks notice its legal to kick me out rent is pretty high here

On a serious note, if they're charging you rent anyway isnt it better to just find a studio or anywhere cheap and just move there? then at least you have your own place to show for the money you're shelling out?
