If you’re above 6’5/196cms, you can’t go on rollercoasters, do other fun activities, some jobs ect.

It becomes an issue to daily life for not much benefit unless you’re an athlete that benefits from it ( Basketball, goalkeeper ect)

You're missing the most obvious and more important point: the internal organs can't support a body much larger.
Your life expectancy takes a big hit beyond this height and we're talking potentially decades too thanks to long term pulmonary and cardiac problems.

I’d say over 6’6. I think once you get to 6’8 and higher is where the problems start. Speaking as someone that’s 6’5-6’6.
