Anything besides fin is cope for hair loss?

I’ve started norwooding and checked my local dermatologist office and they advertise random serums that allegedly promote hair regrowth. So my question… is fin the only thing that will work for hair regrowth and somewhat prevent balding and everything else is cope?

Dont listen to derms, most are retarded and think a nw2 is a mature hairline, also do you have a lot of dry scalp/ dandruff, dht is main reasnon for balding but dandruff is second most common.
