true for the 2nd part but still stay of the first 2 the endocrine is to complicated to fuck with it gives amazing results but nothing in life is free you have a lot of other risks which essentially can be avoided but that avoidance leads to it's own risk of osteoperosis which is giga subhuman you do not want this it will make you possible crippled shorter or even worse bed ridden due to fucked spine.

Why does every 1 on this forum speak about this shit like there scholars and not tell people the actual risks ? if it was so safe why aren't endrocrinialists suggesting this shit to there patients.
 
Saying that youve been lifting for 3 years tells absolutely nothing. Theres people who lift for a decade+ and still look like shit.

What do you focus on in training, and what are your PRs/#s? Do you focus on progressive overload/adding weight, or high volume pump sets?

Whats your height, weight and how lean are you?
