Most likely if you have skeletal discrepancy. A maxillofacial surgeon can tell you although you need to tell him what exactly you want

its so weird, my skull is like malformed but in a good way, if my skull was more developed i would be chad, frontally

Yeah if the side resembles a Class 2 most likely you have a skeletal issue
Braces never fix a skeletal issue. You need surgery for that
