Its reasonable parents wont allow surgery, the good thing is that when you grow up you can do it on your own, for now invest in ortho, try marpe. Your still young so this may be a bit innacurate, but your face does not have dimporhism at all, so youve just got softer features and a more estrogenic look. You also lack bone mass. You look like an average looking kid, but thats what separates striking and average. For your eyebrows use topical minoxidil to grow them, and dye then 1 shade darker than your hair. Use latisse bimatoprost to grow your eyelashes, since your still young drink milk all the time, excersize regularly, and sleep a lot to maximize growth. Since your parents wont let you do the surgery suggest HGH to them (Human Growth Hormone), if they try and take you to the doctor tell them no that you did your research on the doses that you take and you know where to get it. The doctors will not deliver enough IU to help you grow enough to get that height halo. Bonesmash your zygo, chin, ramus, and browridge daily, 16/8 oz hammer, 15 minutes each cheekbone and ramus, 45 minutes on your chin all around, 30 minutes on browridge. 6-7 lbs of force on all. make sure to hard mew consistently as it will help raise your midface a little since your still growing.
