anything i should know/any tips for taking 40mg isotretinoin + 40mg furosemide daily please? (how to not get cooked undereyes/stay healthy etc.)

would be very much appreciated - been on 20mg accutane past 4 days and furosemide is arriving in 2 days (lmk if i should buy any other stuff to counteract failos from any of these please)
